  1. Change of Mind, Wrong Color, Size Selected: All our products are made to order, meaning, once you place an order, it is made exclusively for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for changes of mind, wrong color selections, or incorrect sizes ordered. Each item is custom-made specifically for you, and we are unable to reuse or resell returned items.
  2. Refunds for Damaged Products: We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, we will gladly offer a refund. However, to be eligible for a refund, the damaged product must be returned within 15 days of delivery, unused, and in its original packaging.
  3. Initiating a Refund: If you believe you have received a damaged product and wish to initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team immediately. They will guide you through the process and provide assistance with your return.
  4. Return Procedure: Before returning any damaged products, customers are required to contact our support team for approval and further instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Unused and Original Packaging: To be eligible for a refund for damaged products, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and accessories are intact and included with the return.
  6. Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and it is inspected and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
  7. Exclusions: Please note that our return and refund policy excludes items purchased during promotional sales, clearance sales, or items marked as final sale.

    Return Shipping

    When returning an item, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

    The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

    For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we do our best to receive all returned items, we cannot guarantee their delivery to us.
