2. Economy Shipping delivers your products across the United States in 4-8 business days. 
3. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
4. Economy Shipping orders will be shipped via either DHL eCommerce Parcel Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.

Returns and Exchanges:

1. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
2. To initiate a return or exchange, please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.
