  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 1/2 pounds potatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika
  • parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops.
  2. Sear pork chops until golden brown.
  3. Remove and cook potatoes.
  4. Sauté onion and garlic.
  5. Add cream, broth, ranch seasoning, and parmesan.
  6. Return pork chops to skillet.
  7. Simmer until potatoes are tender and sauce thickens.
  8. Garnish and serve warm.
