One Pan Garlic Butter Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley for garnish
  • parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with spices.
  2. Sear chicken in butter until golden.

  8. Garnish and serve warm.
