Method
- Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy.
- Remove bacon and reserve 2 tablespoons bacon grease.
- Sauté onion until softened.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Stir in corn and cook 8–10 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, paprika, and sugar.
- Stir in butter and milk.
- Simmer 5–7 minutes until creamy.
- Return bacon to skillet.
- Serve hot.
